After upgrading to Version 127.0.6533.73 (Official Build) (arm64) the problem got fixed and the TOC is working fine. Seems it was a bug of chrome. Maybe related to https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/1d376e724fcb8491170bd4b0a907d9e7a1ce86e7 (Marius found this info).
