Simple users are warned about missing rights when editing pages with translations

I applied the fix that removes the usage of protected APIs, so that there is no requirement for programming rights. The users still need to have scripting rights, because the title of translated pages contain velocity code, used for computing the title to display. There is no option to use sheets at this point. An improvement could be considered later, at need.
