Pinned Pages are lost on space move for non admin user

The fact that a page tree with some rights restrictions can only be moved (along with its rights) by an admin is a problem that I have heard before. So indeed, a solution here may be interesting, maybe as an option in the move screen? (like the other options about links and regfactoring).
