I could not reproduce using the xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-jetty-hsqldb install or with XWiki's tomcat9 + openJDK11 official docker image.

I tried copying the same text over and over and adding many widget to the sandbox page, and was still able to simultaneously edit the page with two browsers without seeing the error described.

Maybe it was fixed somewhere else like in *netflux?
