Note that this is already achievable through XDOCKER-329 (see https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-docker/blob/master/README.md#configuration-files). I'm leaving the issue open for now as we could want to make it even simpler to configure an xwiki cluster (I'm not 100% sure we need to do anything more though).
