We'd need to add some logic for the drawer to be displayed just like a side panel.

+1 for that, or even have a horizontal menu for links that are in the drawer. Also I've the feeling looking at related tickets that the most annoying things are about users actions: login/logout/register. So maybe we should think about moving those out of the drawer. Other links are more advanced stuff in general.
