I just tested on Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.103.100 (Production) using Client Version 20231215008.10 (standalone app) on my Windows 11 machine and the issue seems to not be reproducing anymore, the icons and bullets are properly displayed, see Outlook_New.png.
