There's now a Publication page in books/libraries, to set up publication configurations.
This is the displayed configuration page
When clicking the Publish button at the bottom, a publication job starts and a progress page is displayed.
Notes:
currently the progress page is displayed only after that the job has finished. It'll be fixed later. In the meantime, be patient after pressing the button.
the job does only a few things for now. Mainly, it loads the configuration, queries the pages and loops trough them. There's no content modification or publication yet.
