You can also find on there a bit more info I dug up and a quick fix I proposed for the user reporting the bug. It seems that the Webjar responsible for the Chat button creation is not loaded for regular users, even when the config allows it. ___
I don't know if it's intentional, but in any case, this behaviour with this configuration is confusing. The scope of the UIX should be extended or the config should clearly state what actually happens. |
