color theme list disorganized after changing color theme

The colorTheme list display can get messy when changing the color theme. We would expect The layout of this list to should stay organized stable and fit inside the grid . It's This inconsistency probably happens because it relies on legacy CSS instead of a more stable / less hackish use of CSS flex or grid...

	The conditions to reproduce this issue are quite restrictive. On a 2k display, setting my zoom to 90% is the only zoom level where I have this weird out-of-line bug. Probably not needed, but I obtained this result by switching from noTheme to Iceberg.
