Steps to reproduce:
1. Install OpenID Connect Provider version 1.37.4
2. Try to upgrade to a newer version, e.g. 2.0.1

Expected result:
Upgrade is done

Actual result:
Upgrade fails with the following error
{{Ranges [[2.4.11,]] and [[1.3.2,2.4.2]] are incompatibles }}
