Closing as cannot reproduce since the original description seem to be about the standard import with a 250mo jar file while 8Go of memory is allocated to the wiki. For the other discussions in comment it was related to the admin tool, so if the issue was related it should have been moved elsewhere. We now have XWIKI-12376 for handling other scalability issues related to import.
