The Debian package is in fact a Debian version of the "Standalone distribution" (it's just not using HSQLDB, but it's not really relevant here). This is basically a synonym of "xjetty".

I guess ideally what we need is to include support for choosing between /xwiki/ and root webapp as a question in the Debian package install (both for tomcat and xjetty flavors). Just need someone to work on that...
