hehe…
I had even commented on that issue for finding a way to automate the check
in the build ;-)
Me and Marta are trying to make the generated code valid, but we don't have
time to check the contributed content. This is why anybody writing
something that will appear in the interface must validate his/her code. This
includes panels, skin files, blog entries, and document contents.
Definitely.
I’m the one who broke lots of HTML rules on xwiki.org. I definitely have to
improve my HTML skills! Actually I think we should provide more macros so that
users do not have to know HTML at all. For example the table on xwiki.org main
page should be replaced by a {columns} macro ({columns}{column}{column}…{columns}).
However
for example on the validation example sent by Marc we can see that the
attachments do not have the alt attribute. This is something that is done in
SVN.
Marc,
if you can all help us on any of this, it would be great! J
Thanks

Hi Marc,
Thanks for finding this out. That's cool. Do you think you could help us
make it valid HTML?
Feel free to open jira issues and attach patches to them
In the future, it would be cool to have this validation as part of our build
somehow. I haven't researched this but that would be something cool to have.
Thanks
