When I try to build, I get the following error from the Ant build cmd line:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\IBM\workspace\xwiki\trunk

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\IBM\workspace\xwiki\trunk\build.xml:132:
taskdef A class needed by class org.apache.cactus.integration.ant.CactusTask cannot be found: junit/framework/Test

Does anyone know what lib or what  I might be missing, so that I can go out and grab it? Am I missing an Ant extension or just a dependent lib?

right.. this needs to be fixed..

yes.. fields that are not custom mapped are still read/written in the
generic tables..
Now if the field is custom mapped in the future the result will be non
predictable for the data stored in the generic tables..
