The highlighting in item description in part 2 is a marginal case
anyway (most of the times the description will not be matching).
I'm not strongly against proposition B but I think it does not look so
good.

We are using bold just to emphase titles, so I think italics 1B are
enough,
because the main localization is done by
.highlightColor, even though our
default yellow is not that readable (but we can improve this).
