you can use the import/export plugin for this :
put this code on a page of your wiki (only working on FF) :
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/viewrev/Test/ImportExport?xpage=code&
For importing :
Attach your package to the page and add "?action=showImport" to the URL.
