Perhaps I've found my own answer as it seems consistent with some of the
screen shots? Though I would like to hear from a dev to confirm.
I confirm :) . The inconsistency you noticed is due to the fact that the
children section from the Information tab at the bottom of the page has not
been adapted to Nested Pages yet.
