Hello Adel,
it does work with JBoss,
the parisian jboss user group site (for instance) is made with xwiki
and it runs on top of jboss:
http://www.paris-jbug.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome/
could you detail the error/stack trace you're facing?
