Hi.
We're using xWiki as a help/eLearning system and we'll like to know if
there is a way to create a new document version that will not be
published until it has been reviewed and approved, so the users will not
see the new version until the approval for the new one has been granted.

Not in standard no but it's not the first time it's asked and would
certainly be a nice addition.
But you could imagine an application that have two spaces with the
same pages behind the scene, a public readonly one and a draft one.
You edit on the draft space and when the draft is validated it's
automatically copied in its corresponding.
