[xwiki-dev] New test release xwiki-0.9.1252

Yes, 1252 was just a build of the version that wasn't changed for 
sometime. We have updated xwiki.com which has running version 840, so 
this was a big upgrade.
We have some features in the works like Captcha, new registration, 
improvements in memory handling of versions but these have not been 
commited yet
