Yes that will work fine. The only thing it won't do for now is generate anything to execute xwiki from within eclipse. But at least it'll provide a working eclipse project.

Gyanesh, we're currently migrating to Maven2. I'm the one working on the migration. Let me know if you have any specific question. My next steps will be to document this once it's stabilized and review the existing web site documentation.
