Indeed, there is a bug in the package (a missing document). For the moment
(until Vincent makes a new package), you can manually edit the user profile
(in wiki mode) and change the line:
#includeForm("XWiki.XWikiUserTemplate")
to
#includeForm("XWiki.XWikiUserSheet")
