After discussing with Sergiu and Ludovic here are other issues that  
we think should be fixed before the 1.0 final.

We're proposing to do a RC2 release on next Wednesday and plan the  
final 1.0 release on the 2nd of May (one week after). This pushes the  
1.0 release by 2 or 3 days but we think it's required.

Here are the issues (we'll create jira issues):

* In some cases absolute URLs in documents cause a very long delay in  
page rendering
* Document how to perform user migrations on xwiki.org (on the import/ 
Export page)
* Fix some security issue
* XWIKI-70: passwords can be searched
* XWIKI-1112: bugs when deleting attachments with accents. Sergiu is  
checking it.
* David Kane's issue with Import/Export. I'll check it to see if I  
can reproduce it.

If you're aware of some important issues that need to be fixed before  
the 1.0 release let us know.

I'd like us to vote on a RC2 release for next Wednesday.
