[xwiki-dev] I18N patch for "Allowing non ascii chars in document names and URLs" (XWIKI-951)

Hi,

Sorry, I'm leaving for Munich today, so no time to check before next  
week.

However, my patch is used in my xwiki instance (linux, not  
standalone, UTF-8, postgresql) with no pb so far, and I update the  
code with svn regularly...

I attach 2 selenium files for testing. They are provided asis (sorry,  
I'm really busy these days, cannot do more...) they test 2 things  
that did not work before patch application.
