[xwiki-dev] Cannot register new user.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have now discovered this is sort of my 
fault, although  some might say RTFM :-). My problem was that I did the 
install just as I had done previously with 0.9.840, rather than a 
detailed read of the instructions.

I feel the following is not stressed sufficiently in the documentation, 
ie Administrators guide - Installation.
Following a succesful base install of Xwiki....

a) It is essential to import the  file  xwiki-1.0-beta-3.xar
b) It is a good idea to import file  xwiki-application-panels.xar

Having performed (a) it is now possibl to login as Admin, register new 
users and so on. Maybe there should be another section in the 
Administrators guide explaining what to do after the "blank" xwiki is 
installed. I am currently about to try to implement panels in my 
application and I dont really know where to start.

But so far I am most impressed with the new Xwiki
