Hi Shawn,

You've said the magic words "help document"!

Try searching for "site:old.xwiki.org charting" in google. I've tried  
and I got pointers. The Charts plugin is included in the core so it's  
available in the XWiki distribution you have. Just enable it in your  
xwiki.cfg file
