Cool.

1) You can create it yourself. You simply need to be registered on  
xwiki.org for doing so (anyone registered has edit rights in pure  
wiki fashion ;-)). In the code zone, check the right menu and you'll  
see there's a form to add a new macro/plugin/App/etc. Is this a  
macro? I thought it was a plugin...

2) Yes there should be a jira task for this as a sub task of http:// 
jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-586
