[xwiki-dev] Charting macro

There is a problem with the charting plugin:
http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-824

Maybe some rectification necessary:
* the radeox macro is named {chart}
* renamed the documentation page to
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/ChartMacro
