[xwiki-dev] [VOTE] Switch to JDK 1.5

This is the pulse of the users. After all, we're building a platform
for the users, not for the developers.

So, users should vote, but that doesn't mean their vote will change
the outcome. They can bring good enough arguments to change a
developer's opinion.
