[xwiki-users] XWiki Watch Developer Release 1.0M1

Of course Vincent did send the 1.1M2 announce email and it's just me 
that did not see it before writing this email !
Still XWiki Watch 1.0M1 needs an XWiki 1.1M2 release to function :)
