[xwiki-dev] XWiki 1.1 feature list

I don't think we can completely get rid of "features" in the 1.1 
release, or in this case it depends what "Make the default wiki better".
For me features like:

1/ Better Rights and User/Group management
2/ Improved differences display
3/ Emails notifications & Watch Feature

Are very important features.. They could be in the "make the default 
wiki better".

I've added my proposed feature list to the wiki page. I think it's good 
to have a wiki page to synthesize the work plan and the priorities.
