[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] create a JIRA project for an XWiki help desk product

Thank you all for your votes.

Summary: we got 5 positive votes, no negative vote in 3 weeks. The
result is the same for the temporary name "XWITS".

Vincent, could you hence create the corresponding JIRA project?

I'll be able to commit a first version of the code in the SVN soon. I
should commit it to the folder "xwiki-products/xwits", right?
