Yes for this release it will be directly XE but with some template
related informations (pages to include in place of copy).

You are right I just configured Jira about it, I will make wiki page

Yes it is mostly a XE task with very few work in XEM.

Yes I set XEM task depend on that XE task.

As you see XEM is very linked with XE and lots of this new feature are
mostly new XE features needed by XEM.
