Before we finalize let's review what we want to include in 1.4M2:

1) new xmlrpc improvements (Fabio)
2) improved stats performance (ThomasM)
3) Skins extensions (Sergiu)
4) some perf improvements (JV)

Imagine we decided to reduce the 1.4M2 release from 3 weeks to 2 weeks
in order to have the same final release date for 1.4. What can be done
in 1) through 4) within 2 weeks (10 days) starting today?

Thanks
-Vincent
