[xwiki-devs] Groups per Space?

Well you can create your groups anywhere, so in each space.
Now what you are looking for seems more like what's in XWiki Workspaces, 
which has a Spaces with admin, editor and visitors groups and subspaces 
for a blog, a wiki, and more
