The XWiki development team is pleased to announce the release of
XWiki Enterprise Manager 1.3 Release Candidate 1.

First release candidate for the 1.3 version.

The main changes are:

    * Upgrade XE/Core dependency from 1.4.1 to 1.5
    * Improve wiki descriptor editor
