Hi,

I've finally been able to start working on the new Rendering

Cool.

I'm now going to start implementing it and thus I'd like to have

I think that's indeed the right way to handle macros and code lines. We
currently have too many issues related to the WYSIWYG not understanding how
to deal with code. Declaring code lines through macros will make things
cleaner for both developers and users when using the editor. I don't think
this will add a lot of complexity and it will save users a lot of problems.
