[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] Release XE 1.3.1 ?

Ok so +1 for a release including XWIKI-2247 & XWIKI-2258 on april 1st ?

I'll take advantage of the delay to include XWIKI-2204 (Ability to set
url redirections at the wiki level) in the release.
