Hasty people could just copy/paste it as it is. How about putting that 
as a comment:

As a minor remark, it's repeated quite often that "your project can be 
used as a dependency by other projects", so it could imply that 
contributions are generally modules/libraries, and not stand-alone 
applications.

"XWiki is an ObjectWeb's project" is wrong, it should be OW2 (fixed it 
already).

Well, we could still say that github allows anyone to host its own 
projects, without the need to be accepted on xwiki-contrib, and that any 
repository can be later moved under the xwiki-contrib umbrella.

Not yet, so far it was done as needed. Should we move all of them ASAP?
