The user should have the possibility to download the XWiki server components for running an XWiki instance entirely from XEclipse: this would let him work with all (or part of) XWiki capabilities while being offline. 

We have two options: the server could run in a JVM distinct from the one of XEclipse, or in the same one. Having a single JVM has the advantage of a smaller memory footprint. 

OSGi bundles involved:
- org.xwiki.eclipse.rcp
- org.xwiki.eclipse.webserver (see attachments): those plugins make it possible to launch XWiki as a Web application running in the Eclipse Tomcat OSGi bundle
- xwiki-core, xwiki-webapp broken down into components
