Are you providing a patch for this issue?
Is your patch replacing the one from Nam? If so how similar are they, or how different?
Last, you have provided a zip file with files inside. We need patches in patch format to be able to apply them easily. Do you think you could provide that? See http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/Contributing
