Well, I found that it's a bad idea - I copied inserting of
edithtmlcontent into 'else' clause of the same condition instead.

Anyway: is it safe? Won't it break my docs?

I'd like to know it, because it's not clear to me why to allow HTML
editing only in multilingual mode...
