Hi,
This problem was fixed by a bug correction in XWiki.
Now the "cannot read document version" still occurs. It means some
exception happened while reading the revision stored in XML. Usually
this is a bug in the xwiki engine which can be fixed and the data is
usually there.
I will have a look at the exact exceptions and see if we can do something.
To answer your question about the paying service, when you pay for the
service, we are faster fixing the problems.
