[xwiki-users] Migrate from twiki.

Hello,

As far as I know, there is no such tool, but I'm sure that a pair of
developers, one familiar with TWiki and one with XWiki, can make such a tool
in less than two hours.

XWiki would benefit a lot from such migration tools, and I think that
TWiki=>XWiki is a good start, since it was a major source of inspiration for
XWiki. Do we have two volunteers? At least someone who knows TWiki well, as
I could spare some time this Friday, as the guy on the XWiki side.
