[xwiki-users] XWiki context name

There are 2 things you must do:

1. in WEB-INF/web.xml change the display-name from xwiki to the desired 
value (blank if you want to get rid of this part)
2. Rename the xwiki directory to the same desired value. If it should be 
empty, then this depends on the container you are using. In tomcat, the 
special directory ROOT does this.
