You can do most of this with space preferences; just put the animation
on a page in the new space.
To setup the space preferences, go into the Administration panel (under
the user profiel/logout links at the top right if you are logged as
admin).

Hi,
 
I would like to see a flash animation on a full screen page. Meaning
that when I click on a particular link, menus, header and footer
disapear so I can see the animation in a bigger scale. Do you know how
to do that ?
