[xwiki-users] basic questions.

Hi 
I am new to xwiki. I follow the document and found out there is no link like 'Administration' on top right corner. 

My basic question is how can I login as admin and change setting such as password and valid a newly register user? 

the version I use is 1.2 rc1.
