[xwiki-users] upgrade from 0.984 to 1.0B3

Hi,
The 4.0 version is not recommended (supported) anymore. Among other things,
the hibernate version we use causes a deadlock, and character sets are not
supported.
I think this was specified somewhere on the wiki...
However, the update should not be a problem. Please try to update using a
newer version of mysql, and tell us if it works, so that we can update the
installation instructions to emphasize this issue.
