[xwiki-users] upgrade from 0.984 to 1.0B3

Hi Sergiu,

I just did that, running on Tomcat 5.5 against a MySQL 5.0.21 server.
I loaded the database dump from the old xwiki app.
Unfortunately, still the same error, see below.
